The APL 2025-26 season runs 09/30/2025 to 09/29/2026. Anything you throw in a sanctioned event before the close still counts toward this season’s national ranking.
APL has published the 2026–27 League Rules, the League Structure and the Membership Tiers chart. Under them the Official APL Full Season begins on the 2nd Saturday in August and ends on July 31st each year, divided into four independent League Quarters, each ending in a mandatory double-elimination Club Championship. The APL 2026/27 Season Opener is on the calendar for October 3, 2026 in St. Petersburg, Florida. Rank release dates have not been published yet.
APL has since published the season’s actual dates. The 2026–27 Full Season runs August 29, 2026 to July 31, 2027: Quarter One August 29 – November 6, 2026; Quarter Two November 16, 2026 – February 6, 2027; Quarter Three February 15 – May 1, 2027, in which ELITE darts become legal for use; and Quarter Four May 10 – July 31, 2027.
As of the current published standings, 319 throwers are ranked across 43 states and 37 clubs.
